This project is high speed semen packaging in straw. The straw loading at the belt by servo indexing and semen delivered into straw by vacuum. All the Machine working showing in hmi /mmi. Various type to control given in machine just like as a total batch, Present batch, without Batch, Camera function, without camera, indexing and etc.
Alarm function is low level of semen, Straw belt set, vacuum error, camera alarm if not filled straw then show error in hmi/hmi. and showing the number of straw an un-proper filled. Other alarm function is generate a alarm history in Excel.
Process Display How many index, Total Production in single batch, passed straw, reject straw, Total time of Batch and etc.
